The AOD Service Outreach Program is a community outreach health service for women who have substance use issues. The Outreach Program gives our clients access to a selection of early and brief interventions and provides continuity of care to our clients.

Our team provides specialist AOD pre-and post-outreach treatment supports in flexible settings (phone, face to face meetings or group work) dependent on each client’s need. Our dedicated team also visit facilities such as the Alexander Maconochie Centre (AMC) and detox units.

As part of the Outreach Program, clients are allocated their own AOD specialist case coordinator to develop their personal goals and an individual treatment plan.

In addition, our post-treatment Outreach Program offers clients an additional eight weeks to continue their case management support service with their case worker after finishing one of our residential programs.
