Property Management Officer

$58,998 – $66,990 + super

The Property Management Officer provides day-to-day property management and service coordination for TWI residents across our alcohol and other drug, homelessness and domestic violence services.  They are responsible for all activities to ensure that assigned properties are operated in an efficient, cost effective manner while providing high quality, well maintained housing to residents.

You will need:

• a diploma in in a relevant field (or equilivant)
• two years’ property management experience

Senior Case Coordinator

Toora AOD Service 
MEA Level 6

$69,751 – $72,927  + super
72 per fortnight (9 days)

5 weeks annual leave


The Case Coordinator will work towards alleviating the effects of AOD dependency and its contributing factors through the provision of service delivery to women accessing the Toora AOD programs.

This position will provide variety of service delivery support to single women or women with accompanying children, who are accessing the Day Program, supported residential or outreach services. The aim of this position is to provide high quality and timely AOD support and will ensure the needs of the clients are met as per agreed case management and treatment goals.

You will need:

• a Diploma in Community Services or equivalent
• three years’ experience in community sector
