What to expect after referral
Assessment and response
Your referral goes to our intake team for review, who will confirm receipt within 2 business days.
Once assessed, you’ll be advised of any waitlists (especially for AOD residential programs). If another service provider is more suitable, we’ll connect you to them.
Allocations
We will keep you and your client informed throughout. Our intake team will review the referral and if a place is available, your client will be contacted for a full intake assessment. Following intake, we will develop a wraparound care plan, which may include services outside Toora.
