Case coordinator, TDVHS

The Toora Domestic Violence and Homelessness Service (TDVHS) Case Coordinator will provide direct service delivery and ensure quality outcomes to women, with or without children, who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness. This includes the provision of safe and secure crisis and transitional accommodation and outreach support, and comprehensive case management to address key areas of the client’s health and other needs. The Case Coordinator will assist clients to develop critical analysis of their circumstances and to achieve change in their interpersonal environment and broad social conditions.

Case coordinator, AOD

The Case Coordinator will possess specialised alcohol and other drugs (AOD) expertise and knowledge to work towards alleviating the effects of AOD dependency and its contributing factors through the provision of service delivery to women accessing the Toora AOD programs. This position will provide variety of service delivery support to single women or women with accompanying children, who are accessing the Day Program, supported accommodation or outreach services.

Board member

The Toora Board consists of up to ten Board Members including the Chief Executive Officer. The Board Members work collaboratively with the CEO and other Board Members to create and implement a vision for the future of the organisation. The Toora Board members take overall responsibility for the governance of the organisation and manage Toora’s affairs according to the Constitution and the Board Terms of Reference.

Tenancy and Property Coordinator

Toora Women Inc provides safe affordable accommodation and supportive services for women with complex needs, with or without their families. The Tenancy and Property Coordinator provides day-to-day property management and service coordination for Toora residents and is responsible to ensure that all assigned properties are operated in an efficient, cost effective manner while providing high quality, well maintained housing to residents.

Manager, Clinical Services

Toora Women is seeking a passionate and values-driven Clinical Services Manager to lead our Clinical Services. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, feminist organisation that is transforming the lives of women impacted by trauma, substance use, homelessness, domestic violence, and the justice system.

The Manager will work towards alleviating the effects mental health and trauma of Toora clients experiencing homelessness, substance misuse or who are survivors of domestic violence or engaged with the justice system. She will do this by effectively managing a clinical team who provide individual counselling and group work to clients. She will manage and further develop these clinical services, will provide strong leadership and work towards achieving the maximum potential of the team, will implement and evaluate strategies to meet organisational goals and will engage in effective liaison and partnerships with other relevant programs and services in the community.

The Manager will ensure the day to day provision of services and support will be delivered within the scope of the service agreements, agreed frameworks and in accordance with the policies and philosophy of the organisation.
