TASS provided a service to 210 clients in our residential and outreach services in 2014–15.

Toora House Supported Accommodation provides a range of support for women with or without children. We provide shared supported accommodation for women who are homeless due to a variety of issues including dependencies on alcohol or other drugs and mental health issues. Support includes assisting women to recognise their strengths, expertise, knowledge and skills.

We also provide outreach support to women in the community who are experiencing difficulties in maintaining their independent living.

Coming Home Program provides accommodation and outreach support for women exiting the Alexander Maconochie Centre, which includes support beginning while in incarceration and following through to their release back into the community.

Toora House Accommodation and Support Service provides shared accommodation for women unaccompanied by children who are homeless for a variety of reasons such as mental health, alcohol and drug issues, financial difficulties and trauma.

Coming Home Program provides services to women exiting the Corrections system that will reduce homelessness and recidivism.
